On July 2nd, 2024, at the enchanting BlueMoon Wedding & Event Planning's wooded barn venue, James found a quiet spot overlooking a beautiful waterfall nestled among a grove of trees. In this serene setting, he secretly took their two daughters to hide behind a grouping of trees as onlookers.
With hearts beating as one and tears in his eyes, James got down on one knee and said, "When we first met, I felt a connection to you. There was a tiny spark in my heart that told me you were special. In time, that spark built into a flame, and there was no doubt that you are the woman I am meant to spend my life with." A tearful Haylee responded with a heartfelt "yes," and their two daughters came running out to congratulate them both. The family embraced, their joy radiating in that special moment.
Following the proposal, the newly engaged couple and their daughters celebrated with a cozy meal in the barn, accompanied by the delightful tunes of DJ CowGrl. The precious moments were beautifully captured by Ela Mae Pendragon.
